    HEALTY AND TASTY PALAK PANEER

Ingredients of palak paneer:

1.500 grams of spinach(palak)
2.300 grams of paneer cubes
3.cup of tomatoes(chopped)
4.cup of onions(chopped)
5.6 green chilli slices
6.1 table spoon of ginger and garlic paste
7.2 table spoons of oil
8.half spoon of cumin seeds
9.half spoon of mustard seeds
10.pich of hing(asafoetida)
11.salt for taste(our choice)
12.half spoon of coriander powder

How to make palak paneer:

1.Boil spinach leaves in a pan and make it as palak puree
2.add one table spoon of oil into the pan and fry onion and tomato 
3.cool down it and make it as puree
4.heat some water and dip the paneer cubes in it for 2 to 3 minutes.
5.add 1 table spoon of oil in a pan and after heating the oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and hing
6.next add palak puree and tomato onion puree add cup of water, salt and pinch of haldi in it.
7.afer cooking purees 2to 3 minutes add paneer cubes put it in slow flame 
8.leave it for 2 minutes and stop the flame.
9.take it in a serving bowl now our yummy palak paneer is ready to eat.


      Serve the palak paneer with roti or naan or rice and share me how its taste.
