Brinjal fry with besan with less time
Brinjal Fry
Ingredients:
1.brinjals(500gm)
2.4 spoons of oil
3.half spoon of hing(asafoetida)
4.2 spoons of besan
5.salt as per your taste
6.1 spoon of red chilli powder
How to make brinjal fry:
Heat a pan and add 4 spoons of oil. Add half spoon of hing(asafoetida)when the oil is hot.Then add sliced brinjals .Close the lid and fry it for 2 minutes then add salt and mix well once again. Add chilli powder and besan mix well. After 1 minute, stop the stove. brinjal fry is ready in a very tasty and easy way. Serve it with rice or chapathi.
