BEST RECIPE FOR LEFTOVER RICE

                    CORIANDER RICE  

INGREDIENTS:

1.bowl of cooked rice
2.1 cup of coriander leaves
3.5  green chillis(chopped)
4.8 to 10 curry leaves
5.half table spoon of mustard seeds
6.half table spoon of cumin seeds
7.2 table spoons of ghee or oil
8.cashew and ground nuts are our choice
9.salt as per our taste

How To Make Coriander Rice:

1.make a paste of coriander leaves and green chilli
2.heat the 2 table spoons of oil or ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds,
 mustard seeds, cashew nuts ground nuts and curry leaves
3.after add the coriander chilli paste and cook  them for 3 minutes on low flame
4. add bowl of rice and salt for our taste to it mix it well
5.cook it for 2 minutes on low flame
6.take in a serving bowl and taste it.
